Proj Desc: A request for a Non-Zoning Variance, pursuant to Section 7.02.04.B.6 of the Land Development Code, to allow for an Advertising Display Area (ADA) of 793.5 square feet for thirteen (13) proposed wall signs in lieu of the required maximum of 200 square feet per business, allow for a maximum 200 SF for a wall sign in lieu of the maximum 150 SF; allow for an increased ADA of 160 square feet in lieu of the required maximum of 150 square feet for a Gas Station monument sign; and relief from Section 7.02.04.G to allow for Automatic Changeable Message signs on the Gas Station canopy in lieu of the requirement that such signs shall only be allowed on ground signs.
