FREE – The Cascades Train Club has dissolved. We have one asset remaining that we have been asked to be removed from our amenities center, an “N” scale layout in a wooden cabinet on castors. We are not asking for any money, but we are asking that the interested party remove it from our amenities center. Any interested party should contact me via email at: victor.justes@earthlink.net
Nominal dimensions are:
Width ±6’
Depth ±4’
Features:
One reversing trolley line.
One Kidney shaped loop, intended for a steam locomotive passenger train.
Two outer loops intended for freight trains.
Each line has its own speed control.
Operated by a timer switch located on the front of the cabinet, turning the knob runs the model for fifteen minutes.
A hasp may be added to the cabinet for lockable storage.
Rolling stock includes:
Steam Locomotive and three passenger cars typical of 19th century railroad technology.
Three diesel locomotives for 20th century freight trains.
Assorted freight cars.
Numerous coal cars for a coal unit train.
Buildings. St. Augustine Lighthouse.
