IMAX WGV NEWS UPDATE – IMAX WGV is open:  St. Johns County is committed to keeping the IMAX open: (Click here to read the full article.) After the World Golf Hall of Fame Foundation announced their departure in 2023, we took action by conducting a community survey to hear YOUR thoughts on the future of the IMAX Theater. And guess what? Your voices were loud and clear! Residents expressed a strong desire to keep the IMAX Theater doors open for everyone to enjoy. Recognizing the importance of this cultural asset to the community, St. Johns County has been in discussions with the Foundation to ensure the continued operation of the IMAX Theater. The Foundation has graciously agreed to extend its operations at the IMAX Theater while the County explores various options for the long-term management of the facility.

More good news from IMAX WGVthey will remain open until at least the end of this year, 2024! The documentary films will continue to run on a rotating basis from noon – 5pm Fridays through Sundays. Concessions are limited and they will not be showing any Hollywood movies. Be sure to check the IMAX WGV website as schedules are subject to change. Click here for show times and to purchase tickets. Will be in 2D only (correction from my post on the Calendar as 3D!).

WGV / Kelly Lake. So happy that IMAX WGV is with us through May 2024. Caddyshack; Trilogy Day Spa; Renaissance Resort WGV & Villagio Bar & Grill; Slammer & Squire (public golf and restaurant); Reverb Church … This is a nice place to sit in one of the gazebos, read a book, just have some quiet time!
